This legally binding agreement ("Agreement") is made between Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Clark County, Nevada ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") requesting our professional cleaning services. By booking a service through our online platform (BookingKoala), via WhatsApp, or directly over the phone, you expressly agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
All prices displayed on our website, quoted via phone, or estimated through our booking system are purely informational estimates based on the square footage, room count, and basic details provided by the Client. The final price will be confirmed by our management or cleaning staff upon arrival at the property, after a thorough evaluation of the actual conditions. Should the property require additional intensive labor beyond the scheduled scope (e.g., extreme clutter, biological hazards, heavy post-construction dust), Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC reserves the right to adjust the rate. Any required additional time will be billed at a strict rate of $50.00 per hour, per cleaner, subject to Client approval prior to commencement.
We require a valid credit or debit card on file to secure all appointments. All financial transactions and holds are securely processed end-to-end via Stripe. Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC does not store, nor do we have direct access to, your full credit card information. A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your account 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Final payment will be formally captured only after the cleaning service has been completed.
We commit specific time slots exclusively for your property. As such, any request to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a late-cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service total.
Lockout Policy: If our professional cleaning team arrives at the scheduled property and is unable to gain access due to unprovided keys, incorrect access codes, security gate denial, or explicit denial of entry by the Client or a representative, the full 100% amount of the scheduled service will be charged to cover lost wages and operational logistics.
Prior to our arrival, the Client is expected to secure all highly valuable, irreplaceable, or fragile items (including but not limited to cash, jewelry, fine art, antiques, and confidential documents). Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC assumes absolutely no liability for the loss of intangibles, cash, or pre-existing damages to the property.
In the unlikely event that an accidental breakage or damage is caused by our staff, the Client must formally report the incident in writing (via our corporate email) within 48 hours. Liability and resolution for proven damages directly caused by our staff are strictly capped at the replacement/repair cost, or up to three (3) times the total cost of that specific cleaning session, whichever is lower. We are fully insured and bonded within the State of Nevada for major liabilities.
As a core protection of our business model, the Client agrees not to solicit, recruit, or directly hire any employee, contractor, or former employee of Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC for home or office services outside of our corporate booking systems. This non-solicitation clause remains in effect during the term of our service and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of any service.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered under the laws of the State of Nevada, specifically within the jurisdiction of Clark County. The Client expressly waives any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC.
Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this comprehensive policy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we may collect from you when you visit our website, use our online booking tools (BookingKoala), or communicate with us, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that data.

Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC operates with an institutional approach to financial security. We never locally store, intercept, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or banking credentials. All financial processing, tokenization, and recurring billing are securely handled end-to-end by our authorized third-party provider, Stripe, which maintains full PCI-DSS compliance.
By submitting a request, utilizing our booking tool, or contacting us directly, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and operational communications from our team. This includes automated text messages (SMS), WhatsApp messages, and emails regarding your quotation, appointment status, team arrival times, and billing updates. You reserve the right to opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by replying with the word STOP or contacting our corporate email.
Our digital infrastructure (built on WordPress and Next.js platforms) utilizes Google Analytics (gtag) and standard cookies to track website performance, user behavior, and to optimize the online booking experience. This data is aggregated, anonymized, and strictly used for internal marketing strategies to better serve our high-net-worth demographics in Clark County. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers under any circumstances.
Your data is shared exclusively with necessary internal parties, including our management team and the specific cleaning personnel assigned to your property, strictly for logistical execution. We retain your contact information and service history only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the contracted services, maintain accurate internal accounting, and comply with state and federal legal requirements in the State of Nevada.
In accordance with Nevada Senate Bill 220 and applicable privacy statutes, residents of Nevada have the right to request that operators of internet websites do not sell their covered information. While Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC does not sell data, you may submit a formal request regarding your data retention by emailing our corporate office at info@yycleaningsolutions.com.
